Payments: Payments are due within 10 days of
your return. If there is a remaining balance after 30 days, I will no longer be able to care for your pets until it is paid
in full. You may leave a check or money order at your home for me to pick up at the first
visit.
Service Requests: A separate signed and completed
Service Request is required before the start of each service.
Keys: All keys are retained by Jenis Critter
Care in a locked secure location. If you would like to have your keys returned to you after service there will
be a $5.00 drop off fee.
The Key Handling Agreement must be signed before the
first day of service.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Holidays: No Refunds for cancellation of
holiday bookings. Full payment is charged.
0 to 48 HRS: No Refunds for any bookings cancelled
within 48 hours of the first day of service. Full payment is charged.
2 to 7 days: 80% of total service is refunded. 20%
of total service is due.
8 days or more: No Charge, you will recive a full refund.
Returned Check Fee: There is a $25.00 service
fee on all returned checks.
Deposits: A 25% deposit of the total service
must be paid at the time of reservation for ALL holiday and lengthly(over 5 days) bookings.
Prepayments: All holiday and bookings over 5 days must be paid in full prior to the
first day of service.
