Payments: Payments are due before the first day
of service.
Service Requests: A separate signed and completed
Service Request is required before the start of each service.
Keys: All keys are retained by Jenis Critter
Care in a locked secure location. The
Key Handling Agreement must be signed before the first day of service.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Holidays: No Refunds for cancellation of
holiday bookings. Full payment is charged.
0 to 48 HRS: No Refunds for any bookings cancelled
within 48 hours of the first day of service. Full payment is charged.
2 to 7 days: 80% of total service is refunded. 20%
of total service is due.
8 days or more: No Charge, you will recive a full refund.
